3 BED SUBURBAN

This award-winning project was our prototype suburban family home. This house was 'assembled' on site by a first-year apprentice and 3 year 12 students under the direction of a MAAP House foreman in only 8 weeks. The Merewether is a modern spacious home with open spaces and generous eaves.

'We are very much enjoying the house - it's got lots of space & modern features, and is by far the best house we've ever lived in'.

ZENITH
STUDIO HOUSE

Situated in a rural location, this luxury cabin features wrap around decks and floor to ceiling windows, taking full advantage of the expansive views. The energy efficiency, environmental sustainability as well as low environmental impact were key factors in the selection of MAAP house for this project.

This Eco Cabin was customised to include recycled timber features and high front glazing to suit both the location and the accommodation style that our client required. This cabin is now offered as holiday accommodation for those who enjoy a tree change for a few nights or the weekend.

CLONTARF
2 BED GRANNY FLAT

The Clontarf floorplan was customised to suit our client at no extra cost. This small home includes a comfortable kitchen and 2 well appointed bedrooms with high grade vinyl timber floors and 2 decks.

This house was completed on-site from footings to handover in only 2 weeks by our small team of 5 labourers. The neighbors asked 'are you finished already' while our client joyously repeated 'oh my goodness' on her first walkthrough.
